Event Management System (EMS):

Event Management System (EMS) in an integration of 5 solutions for Event Management to a Unified Platform. As a whole, the system provides an end-to-end solution for event management, right from planning to its completion and a post-event user interface for resource exchange. The event details are automatically added to the notice board for students’ information.
1. Event Planner: Organization of activities require re-iteration of manual planning work and management. The Event Management System is a web application that automates all the tasks like pre-planning an event, publicity, sending invites / registration links, sending event notifications, etc. facilitating the organizers to manage their events effectively. It also assures events don’t clash and offers event summaries as desired.
2. Automated Certificate Designing Portal: Online courses, student events, competitions, etc. require providing certificates of participation and/or appreciation. The system automatically designs certificates based on the activity information provided by the users. It follows a standard layout and allows customized details, logos, signatures, etc. to be added as required.
3. Event Resource Distribution System: The portal offers distribution of event resources, certificates, and post-event links to the participating users through a user-friendly interface. It ensures access to authentic users and provides an efficient way of distributing huge-size e-resources, that you otherwise block the mail account or eat-up the storage, if sent by email manually. It also allows automated sending of the certificates to the participant’s email address, if required.
4. Automated Event Report Generation System: Documenting the reports of events is a task that involves repetition in noting everything planned earlier, as well as arranging items precisely. The system automates the report-writing part, with human intervention required only for the adding the event outcomes. The system enables users to download ready-to-file reports in PDF format.
5. E-Notice Board: E-Notice Board is an application where faculties of the institute can upload important notices related to the department / institutional activities, exams, etc. This application helps the students to access all notices at one place. Students are also provided details of SPOC for matters related to each notice.
